This notice covers the public website and enquiries. Restaurant camera data is covered by the site’s separate pilot arrangements.

When you browse

The site code contains no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Styles, scripts and illustrations are served from the same site; no external fonts or video embeds are loaded.

Our hosting provider processes ordinary connection information, such as IP address, requested page and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. That is distinct from advertising tracking.

When you prepare an enquiry

The form uses your name, work email, restaurant name and optional location and message to prepare an email locally in your browser. There is no form-submission backend. Nothing is sent to our inbox until you send the message from your email service.

Your email provider and ours process the message when you send it. We use received information to reply and maintain the enquiry conversation, not for advertising or model training. Please do not send camera footage, passwords or personal information about staff.

We retain the enquiry while the conversation is active and for up to a year afterwards, unless a different retention requirement applies. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We do not sell enquiry information or provide it to advertising services.

Questions or requests

Email [email protected]. Tell us what you would like to access, correct or delete. Do not include identity documents in your initial message; we will explain any verification needed.

If you work at a pilot restaurant

Ask the restaurant for its site-specific notice and contact details. This website notice does not replace that notice or the agreed data-processing terms.

Read how privacy processing works for the product’s approach and limitations. The operational pilot is about work-area observations, not individual staff rankings.
